As an Event Only Artist, you are welcome to jury for any upcoming, Open Registration Art Events.
If a link is not active, then registration is not currently open. We will add “closed” to any event that is at capacity.
How to Apply:
Art Event APPLY NOW buttons link directly to a Jotform OR CAFE’ registration
Fill out the Form completely
Upload clear images of your work and booth display
Pay the specified Jury Fee for the Art Event
You will receive a notification that your application has been submitted

Art on the Green, Bainbridge Island’s outdoor art fair, joins Bainbridge Island’s First Friday ArtWalk.
Happening Friday, September 5, 2025, Art on the Green at Night! is designed to elevate artists by offering a thoughtfully curated space where they can showcase their work, engage with the community, and connect with buyers.
September 5: 5 PM-8 PM

High Artist Visibility – Strategically marketed across online event calendars, art and community websites, print ads in local papers and flyers, Art Access, and targeted social media ads.

Application Requirements
To apply for Art on the Green at Night, artists must provide the following:
A completed application form
High-quality images of your work and booth setup
A brief artist bio
Links to your selling website and social media accounts
A description of your art
Payment of the $25 non-refundable jury application fee

A jury carefully reviews submissions to curate a diverse and high-quality selection of artists and artisans.
Eligibility Criteria
We welcome applications from artists & artisans working in any style, genre, or medium, as long as the artist owns the rights or has obtained licenses for their work.
Eligibility Guidelines:
Artists must create original work (no mass-produced items).
Artist’s material does not contain defamatory or otherwise unlawful or inappropriate content.
Accepted artists must adhere to Art on the Green display guidelines (professional booths, signage, and weather-resistant setup).
10x10 Booths: 15 Available
Artists must provide their own 10x10 tent booth and battery-powered lighting
Booth fees Range: $50 - $100

Happening Saturday, September 27, 2025, Art on the Green is designed to elevate artists by offering a thoughtfully curated space where they can showcase their work, engage with the community, and connect with buyers.
