As an Event Only Artist, you are welcome to jury for any upcoming, Open Registration Art Events.

If a link is not active, then registration is not currently open. We will add “closed” to any event that is at capacity.

ArtLynwood, Bainbridge Island’s premier outdoor art festival, celebrates creativity in all forms! Set against the charming backdrop of Historic Lynwood Center and Pleasant Beach Village, this family-friendly, free event brings together talented artists, artisans, and performers for a weekend of artistic discovery.

Happening August 23 & 24, ArtLynwood is designed to elevate artists by offering a thoughtfully curated space where they can showcase their work, engage with the community, and connect with buyers.

  • August 23: 10 AM – 6 PM

  • August 24: 11 AM – 5 PM

Application Requirements

To apply for ArtLynwood 2025, artists must provide the following:

  • A completed application form

  • High-quality images of your work and booth setup

  • A brief artist bio

  • Links to your selling website and social media accounts

  • A description of your art

  • Payment of the $25 non-refundable jury application fee

  • EARLYBIRD booth payment for 10’x10’ $350 by June 24th

  • Regular booth payment for 10’x10’ $400 on June 25 and after

  • Emerging Artist -shared booth - 6’table $150

Deadline to Apply: June 15, 2025
Final Selections Announced: June 19, 2025

A jury carefully reviews submissions to curate a diverse and high-quality selection of artists, artisans, and performers.

Eligibility Criteria

We welcome applications from artists, artisans, and performers working in any style, genre, or medium, as long as the artist owns the rights or has obtained licenses for their work.

Eligibility Guidelines:

  • Artists must create original work (no mass-produced items).

  • Performance artists must provide a description of their act.

  • Emerging Artists must be within the first three years of their artistic career to qualify for the discounted Emerging Artist Booth option.

  • Accepted artists must adhere to ArtLynwood display guidelines (professional booths, signage, and weather-resistant setup).

Awards & Artist Promotion

ArtLynwood is committed to celebrating and supporting artists beyond just booth space. As part of our commitment to showcasing talent, ArtLynwood artists will receive featured promotion across our website and social media platforms, including personalized artist spotlights.

Additionally, Bainbridge Island Art will award two participating artists with a VIP Premier Artist membership (valued at $200) OR a cash prize of $200, recognizing their exceptional artistry and contribution to the festival.

  • Recipients will be selected by three anonymous jurors on Saturday, August 23

  • Awards will be presented on Sunday, August 24
